I am a Spanish teacher and I am looking for a good book originally written in Sp. that teenagers would enjoy? - book de fotos desnudas
The book should not be too long or too complicated for the Spanish students. Boxes We read with great success.

The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupery. I read in high school and really liked. It's a classic!
Here's a site that contains the summary and click http://www.elresumen.com/ Le Petit Prince
This page also offers other books too, so you should have a good time there.
It is a book called "Thief of Mind Elias Miguel Munuza that I used in my classroom in the school year 2. It is a book for students - about 140 pages, using the vocab. Marisol is the diary of the strange Fascination and she knows it. You can travel through time, history, Spanish and computers, and the love (of course).
It is by McGraw-Hill. (And there are all kinds of activities and advice for teachers on the back of the book)
Otherwise, I would seriously consider consider short stories. I loved all microcuentos "small" in Latin America. A little history, so to speak!
I also like "Little Red Riding Hood in Manhattan" Carmen Martín Gaite, but I think it is easily accessible in the United States. (I did in Spain). This is a young girl and Statue of Liberty - is very charming. It (a novel) is

I personally like Gabriel García Márquez, but could be a little difficult for her class.
"Stories", "Turtle" or "Last Blessings" by Rodolfo Anaya, all books for teenagers. Another interesting feature that some of these books is that most stocks are in Spanish and English.
Tales is a book of short stories. Depending on how much time to devote to book is perhaps the best option.
The books were from the University of New Mexico and released on its Web site, you can order. The University is generally well informed about the future, with discounts for educators.
