HELP I JUST BINGED! Did I just mess up my 1200-1500 cal. diet???? HELP =(? - cupcake paper plates

IM 5'5 140 pounds Need to get £ 115

OK ...

Breakfast: granola bars Quaker Apple Crisp 130 Cal.

Snack: bag of apple slices 60 Cal.

Lunch: Lil 6 boxes of cookies and cheese sandwich cheese 190 ... Slim Fast Shake 190 ... and broccoli, carrots, raspberries,

Then I lost control and went into the dining room and had cake and 1 small salad plate of paper with a large spoonful of mashed potato and a teaspoon of the breast shreadded.

I burn my 45 minutes elliptical 500 kcal.

Ugh, I can skip lunch or 2 protein and 100 Kcal. ????? English Muffin

Muddled great time !!!!!!! He was drunk!

No, not harm. For the opportunity. I have before. If you've been good about your plan so far, okay. Think of it as a way of rewarding you for staying in the food. Otherwise, try again next time. Do not skip meals, do not make it worse. Just eat lighter at dinner.

its really good, I did it before, too. I'm 5'5 and trying to get to 105 (to go more than two pounds!) Last week I attended a dinner for the track team and I fell apart completely, and two biscuits and two biscuits, totally ruined my diet. Do not eat, but only after two days more fruits and vegetables, but was back to normal.
