Yes you can. I think the majority of the bakery would be able to put up a picture of something on the cake. I would therefore need a picture of the Jonas Brothers (perhaps take a magazine or something that makes an impression) and they can into the bakery and the image and can have a cake for you. I'm sure that could do well in the bakery at the supermarket.
I've never had a cake from Dairy Queen, I'm not sure how things work there. You can only get them pre-made, or perhaps even for them? If you special order them, will probably get in a position to a picture on the cake. You go and ask if they can.
